Data Scientist

About the role

We're looking for a Data Scientist to turn messy manufacturing data into actionable intelligence. You'll build models that forecast demand, optimise pricing strategies, and surface hidden patterns across complex supply chains. Your work will directly power the insights and automation that make Hexa indispensable to our customers.

What you'll do

• •Build predictive models for demand forecasting, pricing optimisation, and supplier matching
• •Analyse large-scale manufacturing and supply chain datasets to surface actionable insights
• •Design and maintain data pipelines that feed production models and dashboards
• •Collaborate with product and engineering to turn data insights into product features
• •Develop statistical frameworks to measure the impact of product changes on customer outcomes
• •Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What we're looking for

• •Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and machine learning
• •Proficiency in Python and data tools (pandas, scikit-learn, SQL)
• •Experience building predictive models and deploying them in production
• •Ability to work with messy, incomplete, real-world data
• •Strong communication skills: you can translate data into decisions
• •Interest in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations is a plus
