Hexa Agents Inc. is a technology company that builds software for the manufacturing and distribution industry. Initial Research Outreach

For professionals whose contact information is publicly available through open directories (as described in Section 6), we may send a single introductory SMS or place an introductory telephone call to invite participation in our market research programs. This initial outreach identifies Hexa Agents Inc. as the sender, briefly describes the research purpose, and provides clear instructions to opt out of any further contact.

Ongoing Consent and Opt-In

We do not send further SMS messages or make additional calls beyond the initial outreach unless you provide affirmative consent to participate. Ongoing consent may be obtained through:

  • Replying to our initial message with an explicit affirmative response agreeing to participate (e.g., “Yes, I'd like to participate”)

Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent or received. Please contact your wireless carrier for details regarding your messaging plan.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will confirm your removal and cease sending further messages. Any reply indicating that you do not wish to receive further messages — such as “no thanks,” “not interested,” or “remove me” — will also be treated as an opt-out request and honored promptly. No Mobile Information Sharing

We will never sell, share, or distribute your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or any information collected through our SMS or telephone programs to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This applies at all times, without exception. Your mobile information is used solely by Hexa Agents Inc. for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
