Founder Associate

About the role

We're looking for a Founder Associate to be the founders' right hand at Hexa. You'll handle cross-functional work (from customer demos and commercial support to investor materials and operational processes) so the founding team can focus on product, fundraising, and strategy. This is a generalist role where you'll switch contexts quickly, own projects end-to-end, and learn how an AI company for manufacturing is built from the ground up.

What you'll do

• •Run customer demos and support commercial activities alongside the founding team
• •Help prepare investor materials, due diligence, and fundraising documents
• •Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and operational processes
• •Conduct market research and competitive analysis in manufacturing and supply chain
• •Support product and go-to-market projects as needed
• •Automate workflows and improve internal systems and processes
