Growth Engineer

About the role

We're looking for a Growth Engineer to own the entire growth loop, from how prospects discover Hexa to how they become power users. You'll build experiments, optimise funnels, and ship features that directly move acquisition, activation, and revenue metrics. This is a hybrid role that blends engineering with growth strategy.

What you'll do

• •Own the growth funnel from acquisition through activation and retention
• •Design and run A/B tests and experiments to optimise conversion at every stage
• •Build growth features: onboarding flows, referral systems, engagement hooks
• •Instrument analytics and build dashboards to measure what matters
• •Work closely with marketing and product to align growth efforts with business goals
• •Ship fast: iterate weekly on experiments and double down on what works

What we're looking for

• •Strong full-stack engineering skills (React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node)
• •Experience with growth engineering, experimentation frameworks, or product-led growth
• •Data-driven mindset: you make decisions based on metrics, not opinions
• •Familiarity with analytics tools (PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)
• •Ability to move fast and ship iteratively without over-engineering
• •Interest in B2B SaaS growth; bonus if you've worked in enterprise or manufacturing
